Isabella’s work brings together still life, figuration, and abstraction, mixing vintage references with contemporary subjects and style.
Texture and materiality are central—each piece is built through layers of paint, pastel, and fabric. Some are on raw linen, and others are in antique gold frames. Her work focuses predominantly on still life subjects but through a contemporary lens: a neon pink underpainting, bright, contrasting colours, a painterly brushstroke, and mixed media techniques. With a strong connection to interior design, Isabella’s work is about fabrics and aesthetics, mixing the old with the new. Her practice also extends into printmaking.
