We agree that once accepted, payment in full must be received within 7 days of our acceptance to secure our booth.
We agree to the following:
CANCELLATION POLICY AND DATES
Cancellations must be received in writing
Cancellations received on or before MAY 13, 2026 receive FULL REFUND
Cancellations received after MAY 13, 2026 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

- We hereby agree to rent one designated space for the duration of RAF. Location may be via RAMSDEN PARK located at 1020 Yonge Street & Ramsden Park Road, Toronto, Ontario M4W 1P7 or BUDD SUGARMAN PARK 955 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4W 2K2 from Saturday June 13, 2026 from 11:00am-6:00 pm and Sunday June 14, 2025 from 11:00pm-6:00 pm
- We agree to pay ROSEDALE MAIN STREET BIA the agreed registration fee of $525.00
- We agree to provide our own decorative and display elements provided they are safe, stable, free-standing, easy to remove.
- We agree to be responsible for set up and removal of all items used to exhibit our work, in and around our designated space and the removal of garbage
- We agree to be present for the entire show
- We agree to authorize the use of images submitted for event promotion and or media
- We agree to tag ROSEDALEMAINSTREET BIA @rosedalebia and include #rosedaleartfair on all media posts, stories, and other content during and about the event.
- We agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the ROSEDALE MAIN STREET BIA, its employees or volunteers against actions, suits, claims or demands which may be brought against or made upon the Rosedale Main Street BIA and against all loss, theft, injuries, damages and or expenses which the Rosedale Main Street BIA may sustain, suffer or be put to, arising out of or in any way incidental to the occupancy of the space rented to the applicant.
- We accept responsibility for the collection, payment and reporting of all taxes due on sales during this event
- We understand that the ROSEDALE MAIN STREET BIA is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury resulting in the participation of this event
- We agree that the artwork we show and sell is our own original work
- We agree to respect fellow artists, employees, volunteers and patrons of the RAF. No rowdy behaviour, harassment, bullying, violence or foul language will be tolerated. Not abiding by these rules will have us removed from the fair without a refund and we may be exempt from future ROSEDALE ART FAIRS.
UPON ACCEPTANCE YOU WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT INFORMATION AND FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING GRID RENTAL, SIGNAGE AND LOADING IN/OUT AND MORE FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN YOUR REMOVAL FROM THE ROSEDALE ART FAIR WITHOUT A REFUND
